Investor Relations Officer at Sandvik

Strong results and significant changes require top-notch financial market relations, and we are currently looking for a driven, analytical, fearless, and organized Investor Relations Officer who wants to grow with our team.

Your Role

In this role, you actively work to ensure that the financial market gains a thorough understanding of our operations, opportunities, and challenges through clear and consistent written and verbal communication. This involves engaging in high-quality dialogues with investors and analysts. As important as external communication is, providing feedback on the financial market's perception to internal stakeholders by delivering accurate and relevant information is crucial.

As an IR officer, you also play a vital role in preparing quarterly IR materials, such as writing interim reports, press releases, and Q&A, as well as ensuring that the IR website is up to date and relevant. You participate in events like quarterly presentations, capital market days, and roadshows alongside your closest colleagues.

International travel is part of the role, and your home office is located at our headquarters in central Stockholm. You report to the Vice President and Head of Investor Relations for the Sandvik Group.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in IR or business control, or experience in financial modeling and valuation methods, preferably within a larger listed company. Experience in communication or investor relations is advantageous. You have a broad understanding of the capital market and the driving forces of the stock market, and your theoretical knowledge is supported by a university degree in economics.

Your personal qualities are crucial in this role and are characterized by a courageous and positive attitude. With an analytical mindset, you take full responsibility for your work, prioritize activities, and ensure that we have relevant and validated information to present to the market and our stakeholders.
